All adjustment requests must be submitted to sells@theartedelamesa.com with your quote or order number for reference.
Adjustments are considered within defined parameters. Order reductions are limited to a maximum of 50% of the original deposit and must fall within the timelines outlined below.
For rental orders, final adjustments must be received no later than seven (7) business days prior to departure from our warehouse. Requests reducing the order total below the original deposit must be submitted at least thirty (30) business days prior to the scheduled delivery date, in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Requests received beyond these timeframes cannot be accommodated, and fulfillment of late requests is not assured.

Sample pieces may be requested from our warehouse, complimentary of charge. A rental order inquiry must be submitted in advance to qualify.
We also invite you to visit our design showroom to experience our collections firsthand, explore curated settings, and consult with our event stylists.
Sample requests may be arranged via email or phone. Requests are reserved for active Arte de la Mesa account holders, with a maximum of $500 in sample product at any given time. All sample pickups and returns are scheduled Tuesday through Thursday.

Our standard rental period is up to four (4) days. Extended rental periods may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to adjusted rates as outlined below:
1–4 days: Standard rental rate
5–8 days: 2× standard rental rate
9–12 days: 3× standard rental rate
13–16 days: 4× standard rental rate
17–20 days: 5× standard rental rate -
Arte de la Mesa offers delivery and collection services for all orders. Details, including applicable fees and minimums, vary by location and are available upon inquiry.
Throughout the rental period, clients are entrusted with maintaining a secure environment for all items and ensuring they are properly repacked in preparation for collection. Full responsibility for all rented pieces remains with the client until they are received and loaded by the Arte de la Mesa team.

Each order of dishes and flatware includes a silicone spatula for the gentle clearing of items prior to repacking. Following your event, it is yours to retain.
All pieces are to be returned in their original transit crates, with protective foam sheets placed between each item to preserve their condition. To maintain the integrity of our collection, the following placement guidelines should be observed:
— Up to 20 chargers or dinner plates per crate
— Up to 25 salad plates per crate
— Up to 40 bread plates per crateGlassware should be carefully returned inverted within the provided racks.

Due to the limited nature of our collections and ongoing demand, Arte de la Mesa encourages early reservation to secure preferred selections. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is formally confirmed with a 50% deposit.
All orders must be finalized and settled in full no later than seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
